The Wyoming Legislature is scheduled to begin on January 12, 2021.  However, the Legislative Service Office (LSO) is proposing that the majority of the session be delayed until May 2021.

NARAL Pro-Choice Wyoming supports delaying the session!  The Legislature’s Management Council will be meeting on November 24 to discuss the LSO proposal.

The Management Council is accepting public comment until 5:00 P.M. on Monday, November 23.  Please submit a comment supporting the delay to May.  Click here to access the comment page.

Additional documents from LSO include a meeting agenda, and possible schedules for May for a 22-day session, a 27-day session, and a 32-day session.
