Gov. Gordon Adds Wyoming to Brief on Abortion Case at U.S. Supreme Court

Wyoming has signed on to a legal brief asking that Roe v. Wade be overturned.

The Casper Star-Tribune has reported that Gov. Mark Gordon announced that Wyoming has joined other states in filing an amicus brief before the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that states should be left to regulate elective abortions.  The brief was filed in support of Mississippi in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.  The brief makes a case for overturning Roe v. Wade, which affirmed abortion as a constitutional right.
