U.S. Senate Fails to Advance “Right to Contraception Act”

On June 5, 2024, the U.S. Senate held a vote on the Right to Contraception Act.  The Senate voted 51-39 to advance the bill, not enough to surmount the filibuster and pass the bill.  Wyoming Senators Barrasso and Lummis were among the “no” votes.  (Additional information is available at Power to Decide.)
