AP Article Explains Abortion Pill Access after Supreme Court Ruling

A June 13 Associated Press article provides a good explanation of the status of abortion pill access following a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling.

Medication abortion is still legal and accessible in Wyoming (in person and via telehealth/mailed pills).  Wyoming’s medication abortion ban is not in effect due to a temporary restraining order; the case is working its way through the courts.  An attempt during the 2024 Wyoming legislative session to ban telemedicine and require in-person dispensing of abortion pills was unsuccessful.
